Our Story
From One Locality in Kalyan to the Entire Thane Belt
NexProperties began in 2021 with a simple frustration: property portals were full of stale listings and no accountability. We started by building direct relationships with a handful of builders and society committees in Kalyan — verifying every unit ourselves before recommending it to a client.
That approach scaled. Today our network spans 150+ builders and housing societies across Kalyan, Dombivli, Ulhasnagar, Ambernath, Badlapur, Bhiwandi, Murbad, Mharal, Kongaon, Shahapur, Titwala and Thane — but the process hasn't changed. We still visit every property, verify every document, and stay with clients through registration.
